Happy for you it's all be sorted and that you lost nothing in terms of data etc.

How can you stop this from happening again, is it something AN can look into, or are you at the mercy of whoever decides to get malicious?

Are there any steps in place?

More importantly, are you in a position to do anything about the attacker, in terms of holding them accountable, even legally maybe? I don't know much about this, but in the 'real' world this would be seen as vandalism or GBH and appropriate steps taken?

Sure you don't to publicly go on about it at this delicate stage, but would be nice for us to know if they could or may be held accountable for their actions?

Whoever 'they' is.

I use AN Hosting. Just since November and have been with Midphase since 2004, which is the same company, I believe. I've always been impressed with their support.
