Panic released Coda today, stealing some of the thunder from macrabbit’s CSSEdit 2.5, also released today. CSSEdit, along with Transmit and skEdit, have been my preferred trio of development apps, so how does Panic’s Coda—an all-in-one FTP client, text editor, preview browser, css editor, terminal, and reference library—stack up?

I’ve been playing with it for the […]

I’ve updated my free WordPress theme, Upstart Blogger Minim, to version 0.2.
This is a very minor update. I noticed a few remnants of my old site still in the files, and removed those. And I fixed the 404 page, which was formatted incorrectly. You’ll probably want to customize it anyway.

I wrote a few days ago about using ImageWell to quickly resize images, but I’ve discovered an even easier and faster way: just drag and drop an image on the Image Shackle Dashboard widget. Modify your PNG, JPG, or TIFF images and add drop shadows, watermarks, borders, labels, or annotations. Upload your images to iDisk, […]

BookSmart slurps the entries from your blog and autopopulates the pages (you also have the option of dragging and dropping entries to build your book). BookSmart doesn’t currently support […]

My favorite CSS editor gets an update to 2.0. New browser integration, live Preview with X-ray feature (which lets you identify any element on the page just by clicking), Milestones (versions), and built-in validation make CSSEdit better than ever (and a bargain at $29.95). Universal. MacRabbit
