That design took me a week. Actually, though, I agree with you; it started out looking like something, but took a wrong turn to ugly somewhere along the way. I switched to WordPress in part to get this <a href="http://warpspire.com/hemingway" rel="nofollow">Hemingway</a> template and partly because of how easy it is to swap templates when I'm bored with this one. The only reason I've kept reading is thanks to the RSS feed, now I'll do a lot more searching and reading on the site too.
