I first met Jo over ten years ago when I began working with Enormous. She was, and is, the wife of Enormous drummer Graham Boffey. And now, she is all set to step into the exciting world of pro blogging.
If you have been magically redirected here via jobeaufoix.com Jo’s domain name is currently moving over to a new server along with her existing wordpress database as we finish the new installation. This could take up to 48 hours. Until Jo’s blog returns please enjoy your stay here at Upstart Blogger, and, if you wish to leave a comment for Jo, please feel free to leave one at the end of this post.
Jo’s personal blog, jobeaufoix.com, started life in May 2007 and has quickly gained a following averaging between 15,000 and 20,000 unique visitors per month in the last 3 months. For a little while I’ve been hinting that this is a very credible volume of traffic and a potential source of income. 20,000 visitors per month from a standing start in under a year is good going, especially for a first time blogger writing a purely personal blog. It’s all down to Jo’s writing and the way she engages and involves her readers in her life.
I’m very happy to announce that Jo is the first person to enroll on the new Upstart Blogger Go Pro program. As part of this program Jo will receive a turnkey custom blog installation, ongoing unlimited blog consultancy for six months and a full blog review with a permanent PR6 link. In a nutshell, the Go Pro program gives bloggers everything they need to make a full time income from blogging. If you want to Go Pro with your blogging click here for more information.

A quick update. This is taking longer than we thought due a database error causing comment problems. I’m working on it and Jo should be back up in the next 24 hours.
This looks very interesting Jo! I came over from David’s today (have lurked before *wink*) and I’ll pop back in a couple of days to have a look at your post.
Hope the teething problems are sorted out soon - I can’t access your blog. My day will be that much duller….
When will you be up and running JO, I can’t wait to see your new look?
Oh jo… I miss you’re feathery face…
We’re hoping we’ll be back up tomorrow, so I hope no Fun Mondayers are worrying. It’s been a bit mad but we’re nearly there.
Ooooo, exciting! Can’t wait to see it when it’s all done!
