Infinite Critique. A couple of days ago I announced a new project. Thank you to everyone who expressed an interest. I am still going through the applications and will respond to you all individually in the next couple of days. Rest assured, I have received your emails and comments and will get back to you. If anyone who has expressed an interest has not heard from me before Wednesday March 12th then please assume that your email or comment has not got through to me and re-apply.
Infinite Critique will launch next week and those of you wanting to take part will be able to start contributing immediately. It would be live already if it wasn’t for the problem outlined here.
Upstart Blogger Underscore wordpress theme. As soon as the new Upstart Blogger design is live I will release two versions of the current theme, Underscore. The theme is reasonably complex, with plenty of extras that will be of use to professional bloggers or anyone wanting a powerful and profitable blog theme.
Underscore Standard will be free and have basic functionality. It will look the same as the page you are looking at now (unless you are reading this after the redesign) and will satisfy those bloggers who simply want a contemporary and minimalist theme with a unique look. If you simply want your blog to look the same as the current design then this will keep you happy.
Underscore Pro will be a premium theme and will include everything. Rotating custom text ads, integrated MyBlogLog code, support documentation and some other trick code to help your blog rise to the top of the pile. Underscore Pro will be available in a range of colors and fonts, all in the same download folder. If you intend to use the theme to make money with your blog then this is the one to go for. The price will be announced when the theme is launched.
Upstart Blogger Blog Network. More sites will be added to the network next week. Moving forward there will be regular rounds where applications to join will be reviews.
Income statements. Thanks for all your comments on this matter. Income statements will be added to the blog at the end of each month starting at the end of March 2008 as part of a monthly review.
